Demand Planning & Inventory Management
In this Global Supply Chain course, we will take a closer look at the third pillar of a Global Supply Chain. The focus will be on understanding the role of successful demand planning and inventory management functions in Industry 4.0, including the key elements: integral planning techniques and processes, demand planning and inventory tools, statistics and data analytics, forecasting methodologies, and managing one-time events versus projected run-rate. Students will apply the elements of demand planning and inventory management through an ongoing inventory management simulation that will take place throughout the course culminating in a final project reviewing lessons learned from the simulation and their tools, methodologies, forecasting and results.

About This Course
Demand Planning & Inventory Management is required for our Global Supply Chain MBA specialization as well as our Four Pillars of Global Supply Chain graduate certificate. It can also be taken as a single course for those seeking an in-depth understanding of demand planning and inventory management through a course-long simulation. If you are interested in enrolling in this course, you are encouraged to pre-register and we will follow up to help you complete your registration. Tuition per course is $3510 and will be invoiced the first week of class. You will earn three graduate credit hours upon successful completion of this course.

We prefer to offer a face-to face attendance option for our courses; however, we are committed to following CDC and governmental guidelines during the COVID19 crisis. We will return to offering the face-to-face delivery when it is allowed. In the meantime, all of our courses are offered via live video conference or online.
